Right of withdrawal according to EU law

We grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your items, in accordance with the provisions of European Union law. This means that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the items must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase or receipt.

The shipping costs for returning the items are at your expense.

Defects and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt for defects or damage and contact us immediately if you have received a defective item or notice any problems with your order. We will check the problem and do our best to resolve it.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you wish to return in accordance with the right of withdrawal and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
