Are your products handmade?
Indeed, all our baskets are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. They utilize weaving techniques passed down through generations to create each individual piece.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, some items may exhibit slight variations in shapes, sizes, and texture, adding an extra touch of uniqueness and charm.
What's the story behind the product names?
Our products are named after the many beautiful islands, towns, cities in the Philippines.
Are the materials used sustainable?
We are committed to using only natural raw materials for our products. However, on certain occasions, we may need to incorporate products due to the nature of the fiber when creating a finished product. Some softer fibers like raffia or seagrass may require reinforcement with metals to give shape and ensure the product's durability.
How should I care for my basket?
Our baskets are built to endure. To keep them in their best condition, we recommend gently wiping them with a damp cloth or brush to remove dust and dirt. Avoid exposing them to excessive moisture or direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We typically restock most sold-out items during our 3-4 annual shipments, particularly our bestsellers. If you'd like updates on product availability, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store; we exclusively operate online. However, we regularly host pop-up events and collaborate with concept stores in and around Berlin, with plans to expand throughout Germany.
Are you open to customizing products?
While we don't rule out the possibility of customization, it is typically feasible for larger quantities. If you have any specific ideas in mind, please feel free to reach out. We would be delighted to hear from you.
How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over €99. For orders under this amount, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €6.99. For other EU countries: we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €16.49.
We currently do not deliver to Great Britain and Switzerland.
How can I check the status of my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your DHL shipment tracking information and an invoice for your order.
When will I receive my order?
For deliveries within Germany, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 working days from the date of purchase. Shipping to the rest of the EU generally takes about 5 to 7 working days.
Can I return my order?
You can return goods to us within 30 days and will be refunded the purchase amount plus the shipping costs incurred (if there was no free shipping on the order) to the original means of payment used.
